Booking & Visiting The Shop.
Do I need an appointment?
For oil changes and quick services we can sometimes fit walk-ins same-day. For diagnostics, brake jobs or anything that needs hoist time, please book ahead so we can guarantee a bay and turn your vehicle around the same day.
Where is the shop?
31269 Peardonville Rd #4, Abbotsford, BC.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 3pm.
How do I book?
Use our booking form or call (604) 743-1928.
Who will I talk to when I call?
The person fixing your car. When you call or drop in, you talk directly to the tech — not a commissioned service advisor.
Pricing.
How much is an oil change?
$85 for cars and $120 for trucks, including oil and filter, a multi-point digital inspection and a free brake inspection. More on oil changes.
How much is a brake inspection?
$39.99, or free with an oil change. More on brake repair.
What does the $39.99 inspection actually include?
A full diagnostic scan with live data, plus a multi-point physical inspection on the hoist where we check brakes, suspension, fluid leaks, drive belts and tire condition. If you authorize the repair afterward, the $39.99 is credited back to your invoice.
What is your hourly rate?
$95/hr for all repairs not on the price board.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees and no “shop supplies” mystery charges. The number we tell you on the phone is the number on your invoice.
Warranty & Records.
Will service here void my factory warranty?
No. You can have preventative maintenance and qualified repairs done at any certified independent shop without affecting your factory warranty. We keep meticulous service records on file in case anyone ever questions your warranty claim.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes — 12 months / 20,000 km parts and labour for almost all repairs. Specialty parts (rebuilt transmissions, etc.) carry their own manufacturer warranty, which we pass through to you.
What if the diagnosis is wrong?
We eat the cost of the wrong part. That’s a guarantee built into how we operate.
Your Vehicle.
Do you service all makes and models?
Yes. Domestic, Asian and European vehicles — Ford, GM, Ram, Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW and more.
What about European vehicles and hybrids?
Give us a call ahead so we can confirm parts availability for your specific model and year. Parts pipelines and software access vary by brand, so a quick call saves time on both ends.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are same-day. Bigger jobs (engine internal work, major drivetrain) can take 2–5 business days depending on parts availability and complexity. We always give you a realistic timeline up front.
Do you use OEM parts?
Quality aftermarket or OEM — your call, fully explained.
How do I know what maintenance my car actually needs?
We don’t guess, and we don’t upsell. We follow your vehicle’s manufacturer-recommended schedule, and our Maintenance Calendar helps you see what’s coming up.
Fleet Service.
Do you service business fleets?
Yes — priority scheduling, preventative maintenance plans and rapid turnaround for commercial vans, work trucks and entire company fleets. More on fleet maintenance.
Do you offer payment terms?
Fleet accounts are on Net-30 terms.
